As soon as the game starts, your boat will only move if you tap at the right moment. Tapping at the right moment will make your strokes powerful and efficient, while tapping at the wrong moment will slow you down and let the other boats pass you by.
The trick to winning the game is to keep the rhythm going. If you lose focus or tap too early or too late, your efficiency will go down, and the distance between you and the other boats will grow. When you win a race, you get to go on to the next one.
