Football Pinball is an innovative sports game that combines football with the rules of classical pinball. The whole board represents a football pitch from your goal, and all bounces on the table become chances for goals. There are no players that you control – you control only two flippers, which are used to attack the opponent's goal and keep the ball rolling.
The ball is always rolling to your end of the pitch, and you should have good reaction time to play. If the ball goes between two flippers, it will roll to your goal, and you will get one goal against. Your task is to kick the ball up the pitch and try to make it go to the opposite goal.
There are three midfielders between the goals, and the goalkeeper can move along the goal line of the opponents. Each kick becomes a bit unique because of the changing position of the goalkeeper.
Football Pinball retains its ease of controls. If you are using a keyboard, hit the Left Arrow, A, or Z button to control the left flipper. Control the right flipper with the Right Arrow, D, or / button. You also have the option to press the Space key to control both flippers simultaneously.
For users of mobile devices, just tap the left side of the screen to control the left flipper and the right side for the right flipper.
The game is based on your ability to observe the ball and respond at the proper time. Hitting the ball at the wrong time may put it in danger of going into your own goal, but hitting it perfectly timed may set up a lethal attack.
